Spring 2017

Innovative human-centered design project focused on producing an emergency response device for one of the world’s leading cruise lines. Included in-depth user research (including cruise ship visits and a partnership with the local Horace Mann School for Deaf and Hard of Hearing), prototyping, business design, and the production of a working unit. This project was produced by the MIT Integrated Design and Management Program by Kevin Yuen, Maria Tafur, Sara Remsen, Honey Bajaj, Charles Lin, and Tammy Shen.
